Book Clubs and School Visits

In a little over a week I’ll be visiting the Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee to talk to students about both the book itself and writing in general. The art of storytelling is something that’s near and dear to my soul and I look forward to sharing some of that passion with students. If you’re a librarian or teacher and you’re interested in hosting a similar event at your school, contact me and we’ll set up the details.
In other news, Fiddler’s Green is nearing completion. I’m writing the third (and final) act of Fin’s story now and it’s an action packed and emotional affair. I can’t wait to get finished and start rewrites. Once rewrites are finished, I’ll send it to my editor and ‘round and ‘round we’ll go until we have a crisp, beautiful manuscript ready to go to press sometime later this year. I also sat down with Evie Coates this week and we began our discussion of the cover design for the new book. More on that when I’ve got something to show you.
